Summary: I was not able to sign in to Samsung Account despite having the correct ID and password. I tried all day and again the next day. I thought it might be server traffic but the Samsung Tab 3 7" had no issues signing right in. Netflix playback is horrendous-audio is ahead of video. Again I thought it might be the server traffic due to Christmas but on the Samsung Tab 3 7" and Samsung Galaxy S2 phone Netflix playback was perfect.
Summary: I bought this tablet thinking it had the usual ports for different connections and when I got it home I was a little disappointed. I have been made aware of the differences by my grandson who also has aSamsung tablet.

Creo que eso lo deberían de especificar. Ahora tengo que perder tiempo y dinero para solucionar eso. The tablet does not bring Play Store, I have to take to install it. I do not think this should happen, the tablet is generally good but lacks one of the most important things.
Summary: UPDATED I charged it for 6-hours and powered it on. It booted and went as far as adding wireless connectivity and then poof, it died. A call to Sumsung tech support followed. I tried the 20 second reset, then the 60 second reset. Zip, nothing, it's dead and going back. 1-Star for my time wasted and if I sent it in for service either (1) not seeing it for a month or (2) being sent back a refurbed unit at full retail cost.
Summary: Worked fine for 6 months, but....The tablet screen or operating system/hardware quit working and only gave me bright flashing lines on the display after only 6 months. When I called Samsung, they did not want to honor the one year warranty since I bought it online and they believed it was not new (Amazon indicated the product was New) since it was manufactured over a year before the purchase.
Summary: The table arrived on time and get everything complete, but the laptop screen has a problem (you see the internal liquid watered) without even turn it on and then you turn it on it looks the same or worse.
Summary: I LOVED my 7" Galaxy, so decided to purchase the newer model -mistake! This one constantly 'flips' from page to previous page, very annoying. I called it in to customer support, but the Indian/Pakistani/Thai? rep. couldn't have cared less! Most unhelpful. I never had to call about the previous tablet, or my Samsung cellphone, so wasn't aware of the really poor service from this company. Not happy!
Summary: The tablet looks nice and has a big display. The hardware is polished but the operating system is very limited and buggy. Critically bad: I bought the Galaxy tab and used it for a year in the US. I moved to Brazil and the tablet started showing the well-known "oil slick"/"newton ring" problem. After 3 months, the motherboard became defective (similar to this problem: [...]) and it cannot be replaced by Samsung Brazil.
Summary: I was really excited about the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and i thought it was going to be the tablet for me. Once i received it, it was a great and it wasn't very laggy (just a little) and it had great software. After using it for 5 to 10 minutes the top left corner kept overheating and it didn't feel comfortable holding the tablet. I still think the tablet would have been awesome if it weren't for the overheating.
