Simply not worth the money is the hot tablet market.

Summary: As the flagship tablet for Samsung, expectations should be high. They are however, not met. Samsung lack of product support (a historical problem for Samsung who is only interesting in selling the newest thing) mean that this unit is full of bugs right of the box. Google search does not work. No kidding, how do you fix it? By rooting the tablet. Seriously Samsung, this is a black eye.
Excerpt: The Galaxy note is a decent tablet but when I plug it in to charge it the tablet will continue to beep trying to connect and then charge. It will not charge until you shut it down. researching on line I see I am not the only one with this problem. I tried a different charger from my wife's and it worked fine. Samsung wants me to go without my tablet and send the whole thing back to them so they can look at it instead of just getting the charger back.
Summary: I'm not very happy with this product. I bought it as a present for my sister and hoped that my sister will use it everywhere and without any problem. First of all after less then one month of using this tablet starts to show some problem with battery: bad charging, short working time on battery, and finally not charging at all. Now it is impossible to charge the battery. And the problem is not with charging cable.
Excerpt: I love the note but am frustrated in the fact that I cannot use flash. This is my first product like this...always had tabletop and laptops....just got my first smartphone too. So I'm not sure if this is a Samsung issue or Android? Is the inability to use flash a tablet problem? There are many FB games, videos and other products that try to open and say not supported in this product.
Overrated S Pen features, hopefully Samsung will update.

Excerpt: The difference between the Galaxy 10.1 and Galaxy Note 10.1 is the pen enabled feature on the Galaxy Note 10.1 which is not worth the extra $150 as the S Pen is too frustrating to utilize. You do have a pen enabled tablet though and can download other pen enabled apps. Hopefully Samsung will update the S Pen app on it's Galaxy Note line because it really needs a more user friendly interface and the ability to add and edit text better.
Pros: Bright display, Built-In Speakers, Fast processor, Realistic color
Excerpt: I've had my Galaxy tablet 10.1 for almost 2 years now and it is a decent tablet. My only complaint on it is that it only has a proprietary adapter that you can't use for much other than recharging the device and connecting to your computer. It would have been nice if Samsung would have put a USB port on the device and I also wish I would have gotten a tablet with a cell signal. With it only being wifi, i am limited to where i can use it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Realistic color
