Summary: The product is unsafe. While charging the unit, it cracked open because of one of the batteries significantly bulging. If I had not removed the charger, the battery would possibly explode creating a fire hazard, and bodily injury. I believe the product is defective and should be recalled.
Summary: I researched this carefully before buying, I knew I would have to tweak it, flash it, and in other ways make it a usable tablet but I wasn't afraid. I could see that there is a sizeable and active user community, I had a good idea of what I would need to do. I'm a tech, I'm good at soldering.
Summary: Worse tablet ever, had to root and rebuild it with other OS to get it to work. It is the slowest piece of junk ever. fully locks up every few days, does not keep a charge and I've come close to snapping it in 2 many many times. Have an ipad 1 that performs 10x better then this.

Summary: These units when they first arrived were fast and looked good if they had stayed this way these would be at least a four star maybe even 5. However after several months usage my wife and I are seriously disappointed in the Pipo M9 Pro MAX.
Summary: Human factoring of the Pipo is much better than my Samsung galaxy note 10.1 (2014 edition), but the speed and stability is not. My Samsung has never locked up whereas the Pipo locks up at least once or twice daily requiring a reset. The android OS update is complicated compared to the Samsung.
Summary: Junk! Horrible customer service. Lasted 2 weeks. NO WARRANTY at all. All of there products are not worth it. Buy from a local store and skip the headache. Save $300 bucks and do not make the same mistake I made.
