  • Summary: Pass on this one guys if you're waiting on the ICS update. Here's what I got back after emailing their customer service.
  • Pros: It's a tablet.
  • Cons: Terrible screen. Viewing angle is horrible., Wifi issues., Touch screen will randomly stop working after a couple of months. You'll need to warranty it., Customer service is not all that great unless you like 90 min wait times., No real market access.

Customer No Service

  • Summary: I was one of the unlucky ones who purchased a Pandigital e-reader that doesn't work. That happens, but what has happened since is ridiculous. One month after trying to to resolve the issue with Pandigital customer service I still have an e-reader that won't read books or download apps. Nearly 2-1/2 hours on the phone with three different tech help people, several e-mails and promises that they will resolve the problem, nothing happens.
  • Pros: I'm sure I'd love it if it worked. It was cheap and has the features I wanted.
  • Cons: It won't download apps or allow me to read e-books. Basically it is defective and Pandigital customer service has been no help despite repeated phone conversations, emails and plenty of promises.
