Summary: I found a bargain on this tablet from another site, so I bought it for my toddler son (I figured it would give him a chance to play preschool games on a machine I wasn't worried about him breaking). When I got it, I had seen a few other comments about not coming with Google Play, but since I wasn't too worried about voiding the warranty, I found a hack that lets you install it.
Summary: I sent my tablet back 3 times for replacement. Last time was in Sept. I received a message stating they would ship until they ran out or until Jan 31,2013 otherwise the company has gone bankrupt and they are sorry for any inconvenience.
Summary: My daughter spent her entire Birthday money on this tablet and it never worked properly straight out of the box. I bought it from a different place and paid extra for extended warranty that guaranteed a replacement or money back. It has been 2 months since I had a major run around with the Polaroid service dept and we still have not received any replacement or money back. She basically paid out $100 for absolutely nothing.

Summary: I bought one unit last July. August 15 it stopped receiving charge over the main power port. Called tech support and was given a RMA/instructions on Sept 15, returned unit from overseas on Sept 21. On Sept 20, a new company by the name Sunglow North America (same business address) announced having bought "assets" from Pandigital. Pandigital is no longer in business, altough it's site still is.
Summary: The touch screen went dead a month after I boght it. Shipped the defect device back for a replacement unit. The email from customer support said that you will get a replacement in three weeks. Later, the time was changed to 4-6 weeks. When it was close to 6 weeks, the customer told me that it will shipped within 10 days. 7 weeks has passed and called them again. A guy told me that it needs another SEVERAL weeks.
Summary: Had one of these for 6 weeks and the digitizer stopped working meaning I can't access the unlock screen. On the product itself: so poor screen resolution that Amazon, GetJar nor Google Appstore could identify the device (meaning access to only a couple of applications). Comes with a Skype version that does not work.
Summary: After reviewing some of the ratings on this product I decided to give it a try. At the time (August 2012) the Refurb model was $149 in Amazon and cheaper in TigerDirect ($99) where I decided to purchase it because it came with a 4GB card: - First issue out of the box: The installed Skype version does not work as people that you call can't see you.
Summary: My sister and I both received as a gift for Christmas 2011. Wish my dad would have just given me the money instead. Both tablets stopped working within one month. Mine will not even turn on. Before then, had difficulty downloading apps. Tablet feels like plastic and really isn't a good product for anyone over the age of 10.
