Summary: That it did not include a keyboard was not made clear so I wasted some time trying to find it. It was shown with a keyboard & reviews indicated it was either awkward to use or fine once you got used to it. Probably should be in the review of the keyboard rather than the tablet.
Summary: not a keeper Got a special deal at MS store opening. The good; Solidly made and the fold out flap is a great extra. Plays utube very well with no freezes or flutter. The screen is clear and colors vibrant. Nice screen size. The unacceptable; Primitive OS with a long learning curve.
Summary: I bought it refurbished, but my son bought him new - so I know the sensitivity of the screen is not just a flaw with mine. It lacks the apps that one would find on a Smart Phone - but there's several comparable ones.

I have three charging cords and the RT will not charge. I just read another review posted 2 days ago where the RT just failed with the same problem. Coincidence?
