Summary: Honestly I would give the device/transaction a 4/5 if newegg didn't decided to skimp with the charger and actually had integrity when listing their products. But, as I mentioned above be aware that "grade b" means questionable at best.
Pros: The screen on the device is gorgeous and looks great. The screen was in flawless condition: no scratches or chips. The actual form factor of the device is great. But, unfortunately that is where the "pros" end.
Cons: Well, lets just say it looks like who ever owned this device prior to new egg acquiring it, has to be an angry dude. Now when I attach the charger to my surface it initially signifies it is charging by the light, but then three seconds later it will stop charging...
Summary: Revived item promptly. Cosmetically the item looked great. However the issue was that the item has no warranty from Microsoft. As the add states. The item is supposed to have a 90 day manufacturers warranty which is not the case.
