It is the Keyboard you buy with it that I hate, but it is a problem for the Surface I think.

Summary: The FN Key is on the right side. The Function Keys F1 to F12 all require the use of the FN on the right side to work, which is terrible for a Screen Reader User for sure. I use JAWS for Windows. And finally the SpaceBar extends too far to the left when compared to other keyboards and it makes it harder to get to the ALT key on the left side.
Summary: I use this at work. It is lightweight, fast to boot up and has a great picture. And it runs all of Window's programs. I would give it 5 stars except for the AWFUL Customer service. All micro$oft cares about is $$$. Not at all about Customer Service. I spent $899 for the pro ,$129 for the keyboard, and $160 for the extended warranty.
Summary: This is my third attempt at getting a Windows 8 powered device. I ended up hating all 3 attempts. The first was a desktop PC I quickly reverted back to Windows 7. The second was a purpose-bought Windows 8 laptop with a touch screen, it now is on Ubuntu (the first time I have been on Linux in almost 10 years). This time is the Surface Pro. I may be looking for a new OS for it...
first impressions: no pop email, bad charger, little software

Summary: I picked one of these up, seduced by the good reviews. I don't need another tablet, but I liked the idea of a tablet that could run full windows pro software, so that I could have all my work applications travel with the convenience of a tablet. First issue I had was that charger is bizarre.
Summary: Being an IT engineer and windows sytems admin... This is one of the best windows mobile type devices I have ever seen... WIndows 8 at first is worlds different, but after using on a touchscreen device & learning the gestures, ithas really proven to be quite nice. Lets get to brass tacks.. this product itself rates much higher.. the reason for the low score here is Amazon's over inflated pricing on these...

Summary: I had high hopes for this device but I am disappointed. I have been an Apple everything user the past 10 years but I have always missed easy access to the business apps (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint). After 1 week of ownership, I still can't use Outlook. I called MS Tech Support and they don't know how to support this device and can't figure out why it's not working on my device. I also went back to the MS store at the Bellevue, WA Mall..
Summary: I found the Surface pro far from perfect for the price. I am listing both plus and minus this I found out one I bought it. Plus: Screen was very good compared to the RT Full size USB 3 port, Micro SD slot, Amount of memory for a tablet, speed of memory and processor Microsoft Support was very good, they to help with the sound volume problem and offered a replacement unit The included pen and the units pen support is good (it helps you select small items on the screen).
Summary: I can see Microsoft to have had its days in the operating systems software. Windows 8 pro is dysfunctional and very confusing operating system . After you use a Windows eight device you really start recognising how great Apple computers are, and why they are dominating the consumer market. Bad luck Microsoft I can really see Windows going out of the window...!
Summary: I love gadgets and this one is cool. It has some outstanding feature such as the snap-on clicky keyboard, runs full windows 8, nice industrial design. The web browser in tablet mode (Internet explorer) is great. However, there are some definite negatives: - screen is too small to use in Windows 8 ("laptop") mode - keyboard flexes a lot unless you use on hard surface (feels like will break) -cannot use keyboard on your lap (it's too soft and the tablet cannot be...
