Summary: There was a problem with the keyboard on this product. Two of the keys (totally unrelated and in different parts of the keyboard) were alternated with each other, so if I tried to type an @, I would get a semicolon and vice versa. Very strange. Nobody at Microsoft had any idea.
Summary: Fan was clearly broken on the delivered item. We gave it as a gift, and had to get it returned to us long distance, and missed the window to return it. Really disappointing, basically buying one of these is throwing your money in the trash.
Summary: It's not light. Definitely not what I expected. It does have some weight to it. And after a few hours of use it gets very warm very fast. Which is concerning. I ended up trading this in for the Microsoft surface 3. Which is much lighter and doesn't run as warm.
