Summary: The computer was supplied to me by the Lenovo as a replacement for a different model for which they couldn't supply parts for repairs. I had it for a week in July of 2014 and then the battery failed and they repaired it.
Summary: Tablet screen out of the box was unresponsive and would not work. How does that get past QA? I have no idea..... Heed my word and stay away from this unless you want a nasty surprise. This tablet caused more than one issue.....
Summary: If only I could give it "0" stars I would. Disclaimer - I bought my product directly from LENOVO.com When I bought this I was really excited to replace my laptop with this more travel friendly and sleek device.
DON"T buy this product unless you want to visit Kinkos every 2 weeks to send it for repair

Summary: I'm a very loyal Lenovo customer. In the last 6 years I had a X61, X220, Carbon X1 and now a T440. When I saw the Miix2-10 I really liked the design and form factor and because was a Lenovo product I got one. Big mistake!
Summary: Bought this machine for personal use as a laptop replacement. I was really excited about the slate ability and the high resolution. Right on the beginning the keyboard dock did not connect under windows, I could hear the device connect and disconnect repeatedly.
Summary: Placed order for Mix 2 10in advance as I admired the design and felt it would work well for travel. When i got it i set it up and initially it worked fine. The first time I used it to give a presentation it would not turn on. Finally it turned on at the last minute and worked fine.
Summary: This is an interesting design but just doesn't work when all things are considered. There are reviews on the web that compare this to the Asus Transformer which has longer battery life, USB 3, actual function keys, lower resolution screen and the tablet locks into the keyboard.
I wanted to buy this, and couldn't. What kind of support can be expected, once you do buy?

Summary: The incompetence seems to be endemic. Visit the website, and look at the FAQ for the Lenovo. Most of the questions revolve around: "You advertised this price, but when I go to buy,I get charged this..." Yeah, a company that used to be part of Big Blue now doing bate-and-switch.
