Review Lenovo IdeaTab A2109A Tablet

Notebookcheck
14 October 2012
  • Summary: Budget Performer. Lenovo updates the IdeaTab A series with both 7-inch and 9-inch offerings, each with a Tegra 3 processor, metal roll cage and aluminum housing. For around $269, is this tough tablet enough to convince users on a budget?
  • Pros: Safety frame made of metal and an aluminium case, High contrast ratio, Good speakers, Mini-HDMI port and a Micro-SD card reader, Two microphones, Front and back cameras, The A2109 does many things right and is a definite improvement over the A1. The speakers and screen contrast are better than average and we love the included microSD slot, dual microphones and micro HDMI-out port.
  • Cons: Very poor viewing angles, Display is not very bright; Outdoor use is limited, Average User Interface performance, Average battery life, Color reproduction is limited, Flimsy microSD cover, The tablet is screaming for a higher quality display in terms of brightness and especially viewing angles. Tablet experience should never be diminished by simply using the device in a portrait orientation. The roll cage skeleton is a great addition, but it adds just enough girth to ...

Lenovo IdeaTab A2109 Review

Phone Arena
3 September 2012
  • Conclusion: Being a relatively new player in the Android tablet space, Lenovo clearly has the formula in conjuring up a respectable tablet – albeit, they still have a lot to learn before being regarded as a contender. When we think of value, there's no denying that plenty of it is found with the Lenovo IdeaTab A2109 , thanks partly to its contemporary hardware and competitive price point of $300.
  • Pros: $300 price point for a 9-inch tablet, NVIDIA quad-core CPU, Brushed metallic casing
  • Cons: Low quality display, Muddy quality with photo/video capture

The zippy but dull Lenovo IdeaTab A2109

CNET
10 August 2012
  • Summary: Despite having a decent price tag and zippy processor, the Lenovo IdeaTab A2109's screen is just too drab to consider.
  • Cons: The IdeaTab A2109's display is unimpressive, it has a bulky build, and it has disappointing video recording quality.

Lenovo IdeaTab A2109

cellphones.ca
31 January 2014
  • Excerpt: Consumer electronics products from Lenovo are usually expected to deliver plenty of value for the money, and the IdeaTab A2109 tablet is no exception. It’s one of the few Android-powered tablets on the market with a 9-inch HD screen and it ships with what was once the latest version of the Android software, version 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). So what exactly does the A2109 have to offer that’s not available on other tablets? At first glance, very little.

Expert Review

PC Advisor
12 January 2013
  • Excerpt: Lenovo's IdeaTab A2109A is a 9in Android tablet running Ice Cream Sandwich 4.1.1. It's a useful size for those for whom a 10in tablet is too big, and a 7in slate too small, and attractively priced at £199. But do the extra couple of inches of screen space make it a better buy than the £40 cheaper Google Nexus 7 ? See Android Advisor.

Обзор планшета Lenovo IdeaTab A2109A

Notebookcheck.ru
16 October 2012
