Excerpt: My almost 2 yr old has already figured out how to navigate the pet pad area and her Minnie Mouse game. Don't need the internet and can take being dropped! I would love some more younger toddler games but mainly to give her an early boost. Also being able to find a Dora game would be great.
Pros: 2 Yr Old Gets Use From It, Comes Wstylus, Fun, Has Wall Charger
Cons: Doesn't Have Gripper Cove, Seems To Drain Quickly, Sometimes Needs Lite Touc
Excerpt: I bought this for my grand daughter last Christmas when she was just two years old, and she continues to love her "ipad". My only problem is what to get her this year that will compare. She just keeps improving her skills and learning from it,and we haven't even shown her the internet yet.
Excerpt: my 2 year old absolutely loves this tablet! It goes to bed with her every night and overnight trips to the grandparents, it is one of her major comfort items for sure. She loves the included pet apps and that I can put Tinkerbell on it as well.
Pros: Educational, Fun for Kids, Good for on-the-go play, Grows with child
Summary: This is slow and you have to buy all the apps and stuff extra. We got the Nabi Nickelodeon edition and are much happier with it. Still love LeapFrogs TagJr though. My son doesnt have the attention span to wait for it to process commands.
Excerpt: My 6 yr old son loves this. We had a LeapPad 1 and he played it for over 2 years every night. It finally broke and we bought this as a replacement. Love that it still takes the cartridges from the original bc we had probably over $200 worth of them. Love the WIFI feature and the bigger screen.
Excerpt: We bought the LeapPad for our 2 year old since he was so interested in and already figuring out our phones. It's slow to load things, especially compared to our phones. Wish it were faster. So far he really likes it and is quickly figuring out how to navigate everything.
