Summary: I have a LePan II tablet. I started emailing them in the beginning of November, telling them that my tablet is having trouble waking up. I finally found the "contact form", and reported to them at this time, that it would not turn on at all.
Summary: I purchased my LePan this winter. It continually freezes up and I have to reset it and lose all my work. The company responded that I should hit the reset button -- a procedure I am very, very familiar with. That's all the support they gave me.

Summary: While this tablet appears to be a quality product mine arrived with a locked screen unable to boot. I have contaced customer support to no avail. I Did read reviews from other buyers who complained about customer support refusing to respond with no concern for the customer.
