Summary: I brought this tablet for my daughters on November 28, 2014 for Christmas. One of the tablet I had to reset several times. Three and a half months later, the tablet doesn't work anymore. I contacted Kurio Customer Support by email and Facebook. They suggested that a reset it again. I have done that but the tablet still doesn't work. The only way that you can contact technical support is by email with several people telling you different things.

Excerpt: I've had the product for about a week and it stop working. Don't no if it's the charger or tablet, but I know it don't work anymore. My babies alphabet toy that he have has stop working to. The button where you turn the toy on @ is stuck and when you turn it on, it want stay on or play it goes right back off. Summary: so my son got a kurio 10s last year and it worked for a while than it stopped charging, we contacted kurio and went through 3 weeks of bullship finally almost when the warranty was up we where told to send the kurio in, about a month later we get a new kurio in the mail. in the mean time its almost xmass so it was decided that we would get our daughters each a kurio since they are replacing / fixing my sons 10s , we get two 7s before xmass.
Summary: We bought a few kids tablets (and had to return a few). we finally came across this tablet and I will say this is my favorite!!! I bought one for my 7 & 5 yr old for Christmas, they navigate the easily and I love the parental controls, it supports google apps, has different profiles (for multiple people) as well as the time controls. This tablet is everything I wanted for my kids..
