Summary: I bought 3 kurios for each child. They were glitchy,but still worked for a little while. I had to go to the kurio website and speak to the live chat personell. I had to factory reset all 3 of them. They worked for maybe a week and yup, another factory reset.
Summary: can not use google play for apps. freezes constantly. over heats and BURNS skin. customer service is useless. so slow you cant watch online videos. can not put apps on micro sd card....when your out of internal space, too bad.
Summary: Too hard to load Amazon apps. Impossible to find accessories. Customer service is nonexistant. The company does not pick up calls so there is no one to talk to about the problems we are having. Product gets extemely hot when charging. Made my grandson cry when he picked it up to use.
Summary: After getting this for my son I later learned the Kurio has very mixed reviews -- basically very low & very high (that was on Amazon earlier today, this evening I cannot find those reviews online, at least not easily).
Summary: We have two Kurios, one for each kid. These things are terrible. Should have just bought the kids a Kindle for the price. Main issues: 1. User interface is terrible! Impossible or time consuming to do things that should just take a second (like install and uninstall apps!) 2. Full of bugs.
Summary: I made the big mistake of purchasing this at toys r us. The tablet did not work at all, froze up and shut down over and over. I tried to return it to the store but they will not take it back if it had been opened.
