Summary: I didn't know enough about the product to realize one must have wifi in order to download books. I don't have wifi so the reader is virtually useless to me. Only other complaint is that it's heavy. Wish I'd bought the original Kobo as the one I used to death was perfect for me.
Never order from kobo again. Poor customer service!

Summary: The tablet kept turning off the first time I charged it eventhough the instructions say you can use it while it's charging. I called kobo customer service who said they'd send a replacement tablet along with a return label. That was two months ago and I'm still waiting for my new tablet..
Summary: I really like my Kobo as well as the price I paid for it, this was the first time I have ever orderd anything from the site and found it to be helpful prior to buying the item and I looked at other sales I will make in the future. Thanks Mike you are the best.
Summary: It's rather difficult to review the capabilities of this unit, as it won't connect to our wireless router, making it completely useless. Others reviewing this device have had no response from customer service, however, they did reply to me within 24 hours with a list of things to do.

Summary: it was use and wasn't restarted. got my bank account in trouble, lost all my book and almost all my money. they need to check every use item and clean them up. and kobo it self sucks. I contacted kobo and the service was very poor, it was they don't even care. am sticking with my cover books:(
