Summary: Up until recently, I was not a big fan of e-readers. In fact, I did everything I could to avoid reading ebooks. That changed when my physical books started taking over every bit of spare room in my house. Now I'm a huge fan of ebooks and I'm quickly exploring the world of e-readers. My most recent e-reader is the Kobo Arc. Kobo provided me with a Kobo Arc for review and here is my totally honest opinion!
Cons: cheaply made, horrible company, the charger will fall out, it did on mine and on many others if you read online. they do not warranty there merchandise in this case. it slows really quick. just the worst machine i have ever spent money on
Good Product, Poor ebook Prices, Horrid Customer Service

Summary: Let me begin by stating that I have all three major ebook readers - Kindle HD, Nook HD, and the Kobo Arc. By having these three, I have come to learn that when buying an ebook reader, you are not simply buying the product but rather the sum of three parts - the product (the e-reader), the ecosystem, and customer support. When looked at from this perspective, the Kobo Arc is not a product that I would recommend.
Kobo is a scam artist company! This breaks eventually!

Summary: Kobo sells junk and knows it. This will freeze up and become unusable either due to software issues or hardware issues like defective batteries. Good luck getting Kobo to do anything for you either. Their customer service is abysmal and is only out to get out of any responsibility for their junk. For the price of this item get a high end android tablet that does way more and won't break down in 3 months!
Summary: I asked for white but I received black !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also when I ordered I didnt discover easly that bthere vis an HD version for sure I would have bought the HD Other wise lovely gadget
Summary: I had the Kobo Vox, then got a Nexus 7 for Christmas. When the Nexus 7 suddenly stopped working, I was sad I had sold the Vox I've only had my Kobo Arc for a few days, but so far I love it. In many ways it is very similar to the Nexus 7. One interesting addition is the Tapestry feature. It allows you to group apps & widgets in groups on Home Screen, then you can pin Web pages, photos, music, quotes to these tapestries.
