Extremely in need of an update

  • Excerpt: I received this product through a "fire sale" at best buy as this product was being discontinued. I didn't do any research on this product as I didn't have time and bought it on a whim. For 150$ it was a great value and is easier to carry with me than a full size laptop. If anyone has ever owned a "palm" phone, you can expect the same setup as this is run by HP web OS and isn't exactly on the same level of technology as Apple or Android.

  • Excerpt: It's cheap when I bought them, I bought 3 of them. One for kitchen, just listen to Pandora and check recipes which is mounted under the kitchen cabinet. Another one is for my daughter to use it in the car, like watch Dora and play games. The pictures' quality is really good. The design for unlock the screen and how to close windows which are pretty cool. Surprise me that HP is still doing updates once in awhile. The sound quality is good since it's just a tablet.

  • Pros: webOS is a great mobile OS and scales incredibly well to the bigger screen Beats Audio is nice Though the app selection is not great, the quality of most of the apps is very good The homebrew community is exceptional. It's much easier to tune your TouchP
  • Cons: Lag....even with the 3.0.2 update, there is a lot of system lag when opening up applications, typing in "Just Type" and scrolling The browser may play Flash, but it does not correctly render all sites as well as the iPad2. Go to www.bgr.com and you'll se
