Excerpt: Cool a new tablet! No! This tablet does not operate so simply. The icons do not make sense where they are placed and I have difficulty touching the screen to type in what I need. I cannot just open up a screen to get to the internet. I feel like there are so many secret entry ways and nothing makes sense to me. Battery life goes quick on this and I am so disappointed by this product that it just is sitting in my closet.
Excerpt: Unreliable to say the least. Many times, the product won't even turn on. Not good for internet surfing. Battery life is 2 hours maximum. Many times, even after charging, the tablet will not even power up. How slow can a tablet be? This one has got to be the slowest. VERY HEAVY. Not for use for extended periods of time without something to place the tablet on.

Summary: I ordered this product because I thought it was a good brand. I've had a HP laptop for a year and it has worked properly so far, so I thought Hp seems to be a good brand. After going through a lot of pages on Amazon and other online shops and comparing prices and features I decided to go for this one. I was happy for the price and everything was okay. The product arrived on time, actually sooner than expected and then I started testing it.
