Summary: I do have this tablet except I bought mine from Big Lots. I needed a tablet with a bigger screen for games and other things that I could do on my phone but have better quality. I have found no real flaws with mine except for the fact that it is the old Kernel version 4.0.4. You have watch your memory because even with a sd card you will use up your main memory quickly as it does not have a lot to start with so a sd card of 32gb or more is best.
Summary: This tablet has already tore up. USB port fell out and it will not hold a charge..useless, and the 3rd party Co. will not make good on this tablet. Its well under a year also...Not even 6 months old yet...TRASH!
Summary: i liked the tablet until the wi-fi messed up. Didn't love it, liked it. My research revealed this is a common problem though. The wi-fi worked just fine for a while, then all of a sudden no connection with a password worked, I can only get on at McDonalds. I have waited for a firmware update and still waiting. I am about ready to throw it out and get a new one! I have even tried system restore and still nothing.
Summary: I bought this tablet mainly because of the price. I had hoped that it would support my "on the go" lifestyle but in reality it just ended up being a multi-tasking paper weight. I have a few apps but if you have more than 5 it runs very slow. Also, there seems to be something wrong with the touch screen for the keyboard because whenever I touch a button, even with a stylus, I often get extra letters added, especially when typing M, N, or I.
Summary: I don't know how this company is legally able to do business they way they are ripping people off. I was gifted their tablet 6 months ago and now it will not charge. First I tried contacting them several times through their website. It says they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. 2 weeks later, still no response. So I called and it said I had to register the product on their website to even talk to technical support.
Completely unreliable, no quality control in production

Summary: EFUN products are: a waste of money and time. Buy a Kindle Fire to get a real brand name behind the purchase (for whatever that's worth these days) I purchased one of these for my high school daughter for lesson plans last August. She used & enjoyed it daily through Christmas, but then the headphone jack died. I told her to live with it as the unit worked for the stated purpose and the speakers still played (always very low).
Summary: I love my nextbook but only had it for 6 mo. and it now freeze's up when you turn it on. I have been searching the internet for help and still can't find out what I can do to un freeze. I bought it at Walmart and I don't have the receipt so I know they want take it back. Anyone out there can you help me?
