Summary: I purchased the XT six months ago but made the mistake of allowing my IT department try to fix it's problems before calling Dell myself; AFTER the return period had expired. I've been working with Dell since, giving them every opportunity to fix it with hardware, including: Memory upgrade. Motherboard replacement. Ultimately, full unit replacement.
Pros: Size, weight, keypad feels good to the touch, stylish case
Cons: Blue-screens twice weekly, touch-screen response is unreliable
