Summary: After having this for a couple of weeks and playing with it I noticed that when opening certain apps and trying to back out of certain apps the tablet likes to freeze and restart. Another thing is when pressing the power button it takes 2-3 seconds for the screen to turn on. I wish it was a bit faster but I can live with it. But that freezing thing is the main thing that bothers me. It runs all the games and apps just fine, but it freezes up randomly for some reason.
Summary: I am very happy with the Coby Tablet. It is my first tablet so I don't have any comparisons but for me it is perfect. I am somewhat frustrated in trying to find accessories like bluetooth keyboards, carry cases, silicone protective covers, etc but the machine itself operates great, android system and google playbook approved so all apps load & operate beautifully. I have not tried the camera's yet but looking forward to that learning curve and experience.
Summary: Getting to know this technology as coming from MAC/Apple environment. It takes some getting used to but it is doing what I need when the main computer is not available or I'm on the road and need to view weather, news, email, surf, or check Etsy shop. (although that took contacting an expert. Not exactly transparent usage I thought.) Does run out of battery power really quickly after about 4 hours of constant use.
Summary: I really wanted a Samsung tablet but was on a tight budget. I found the coby and started researching what it had and found it had a lot of the same details as a Samsung. When the item arrived I instantly turned it on and started using it. It was so simply and had Google play store preinstalled and was able to download all my favorite Alps. Netflix, Plauge Inc., and was able to upload my movie collection.
Summary: I purchased the "COBY MID7065-8" several weeks ago. It arrived quickly, was packaged decently, and was amazed to see an actual paper "users manual" booklet enclosed, which is unheard of in a low-priced tablet! The unit appears well built, and has a decently solid feel to it. It came with a nice bag, charger, and a micro-USB cord for hooking to your computer.
