Summary: I would not buy this product again. the kindle is definitely a way better product for the price I have 3 kindles and customer service is excellent. I have returned the android and have had no response back for months .
Summary: I bought this tablet in December 2012 as a gift for my daughter. Two months after receiving it, the part where you plug it in to charge just caved in. I called Coby and they said I could send it to get repaired for free, just send a $15 money order so they could ship it back. I followed their instructions, and sent the tablet in March. It's now October, and I still haven't gotten my tablet back. I've called several times but every time I call I get a different story.
Summary: I purchased this for my grandson in January and the adapter fell out in June. We went through warranty process to have replaced in 6 weeks and have not received a replacement yet. The phones refer you to the web tech support but all emails are returned. Corporate office number doesn't answer. If you buy, you will be on your own. Just as well throw the money away.
Summary: I have been trying to contact the 877-302-2629 number for customer service and all it does it tell me to email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and no one has replied to emails for over a month. I spend alot of money with Amazon I do not feel that these people should be allowed to treat Amazon customers this way. So, if any one from Amazon is reading this I hope I can get a resolution to the poor quality service that I am receiving.
Summary: Yea It is inexpensive but it is simply very poor quality. I bought 5 of these for my kids and all of them have hardware issues. The power plugin has come detached from the board on two of them. I sent one in to Coby for repair under warranty. They repaired it but it took 2 months. All they did was replace it with a refurbish. Why two months?! They require a 15 dollar money order for return postage and I pay postage to send it in.
