Summary: I would not buy this product again. the kindle is definitely a way better product for the price I have 3 kindles and customer service is excellent. I have returned the android and have had no response back for months .
Summary: I bought this tablet in December 2012 as a gift for my daughter. Two months after receiving it, the part where you plug it in to charge just caved in. I called Coby and they said I could send it to get repaired for free, just send a $15 money order so they could ship it back.
Summary: I purchased this for my grandson in January and the adapter fell out in June. We went through warranty process to have replaced in 6 weeks and have not received a replacement yet. The phones refer you to the web tech support but all emails are returned. Corporate office number doesn't answer.
Summary: I have been trying to contact the 877-302-2629 number for customer service and all it does it tell me to email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org and no one has replied to emails for over a month.
Summary: Yea It is inexpensive but it is simply very poor quality. I bought 5 of these for my kids and all of them have hardware issues. The power plugin has come detached from the board on two of them. I sent one in to Coby for repair under warranty. They repaired it but it took 2 months.
