Summary: Very happy with the product. Would recommend others to buy. It is very handy to operate and my little daughter love it very much. She plays music and video and surf the Internet. Whenever I want I find it very easy to use. Thanks a lot for such a beautiful invention.
Summary: When we realised how much these tablets offered for the money, we ended up buying four of them! For the last six-months they've been used around the house for everything from games to business and my wife has even run her presentation projector off one. The quality you are getting for the money is ridiculous. They are solid, fast, easy to use and the screen is great.
Excerpt: I bought the blackberry playbook last year as it was a good looking budget tablet, but was disappointed by the range of apps it had to offer. When trying to download skype I found out skype was unsupported by blackberry and I was required to use web based version of skype called IMO. I then done a little bit of googleing and I found out that developers are no longer making apps for the playbook, and most of the apps that the app store do offer are at an additional cost.
Summary: I have the 16gb PlayBook and really recommend it, I will probably buy the 64gb PlayBook soon. I have quite a long commute to work (4hr 30min each day) and I find this tablet so useful. I use the Docs2Go software that Blackberry included for free and find this so useful for editing Microsoft Word documents during my commute, at home and at work. Due to its small size I use it to take minutes in meetings which works very well.
Summary: Blackberry have just announced they will not be updating the Playbook to the latest version of their operating system, that would probably have put me off buying, but having used it for a while I'm mostly happy with it as it is. Though I paid less than £100 for mine 2nd hand. Hardware wise it feels well-made, though it's a bit thicker than more recent tablets. Only quibble on the hardware is that power button is annoyingly small and difficult to push.
