Summary: Mine is a refurbished one. On very first few days it froze due to what I suspect was a scam. It kept receiving a mail repeating itself forever. I could not stop it nor could I turn the tablet off. The power button would not function.
Summary: My husband and I each have one. This is our spare. We love it. The resolution, the reading, the size. We use ours 24/7. The size is perfect, the apps that come with like the national film board, docs to go etc are super. It is the best item we own. We have our music on it and it has good sound.
Great device, now that they've fixed the software.

Summary: We have had four Playbooks in the house for over a year now, the kids all have one. They are used for everything from games and browsing to email, word-processing etc and they have been excellent at everything.
Summary: I have two of them. I bought the first one as it was the only smaller tablet on the market. Now everybody makes smaller tablets but I decided to remain loyal to Blackberry and bought another one. Too bad Blackberry dropped this gem from their line.
Summary: the playbook is AWESOME - especially with my Z10 which bridges beautifully!- but since my PC has windows 7 it has proven impossible for my PC to recognize the playbook... thank goodness for the 'ghost commander' app I read about during my struggles to get my PC to recognize my playbook...
Apalling service from the supplier as the product is faulty

Summary: The tablet will not charge, although the seller Cubescent, started an initial dialogue via e mail. They have now ceased responding. they refuse to accept there is an issue and state that as I have had the tablet more than 90 days there's nothing they can do.
