The PlayBook tablet offers full OpenGL and POSIX support. It is able to handle Flash content via Flash 10.1, and Adobe AIR apps. It features 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, and Bluetooth 2.1. The BlackBerry PlayBook measures 193 x 130 x 10mm and weighs 400g.

The PlayBook tablet comes in different memory capacity in the likes of 16GB, 32GB or 64GB. There’s a 7-inch TFT screen on this tablet that comes with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. The latter supports multitouch. There are two cameras that can be found on this tablet PC. One is in the front and one is at the back. The rear one is a 5-megapixel camera that supports 1080p HD video recording and there’s another 3-megapixel camera on the front. This device works on a Coretex A9 dual-core processor clocking in at 1GHz. It comes with 1GB of RAM. It is equipped with 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi. It features HDMI-out. It supports Adobe Flash. Touted as the first professional tablet, the PlayBook tablet comes with 7-inch, 1024 x 600, capacitive multitouch display. It is powered by a Cortex A9-based, dual-core 1GHz CPU. It runs on the BlackBerry Tablet OS with support for symmetric multiprocessing. It supports the following video playback formats: 1080p HD Video, H.264, MPEG, DivX, and WMV. It also supports these audio formats: MP3, AAC, and WMA. It comes with several connectors including microHDMI, microUSB, and charging contacts.
