Shuts down whenever goes into Sleep Mode.

Summary: This tablet has been nothing but a disappointment. It turns off whenever it goes into sleep mode, which requires a restart every time. Neither Microsoft or Asus had any helpful information about solving this troublesome issue. What irked me is that I bought an older version of this tablet bundle last Thanksgiving and it works perfectly.
Summary: The hardware on this tablet is top of the line for any tablet I have ever encountered. It's thin and light weight, the screen is durable and reactive, and the battery never seems to die. That being said, I would not recommend buying this tablet. The Operating system on this machine offers the most limited app choices I have ever seen. The entire market is run by Microsoft, so none of their competitor software is available.
Summary: its a good device but if you not using it for a while it will power off in less then 5 minutes then u have to turn it back on. when you push the power button you got to try 3 or 4 times until I comes on and the volume goes in and out and doent even get loud but u like the small look it has but I think I will be returning it for a exchange if the other act the same I want a refund
Summary: In the year that I had it, it was absolutely wonderful. The apps in the store were enough for me, and I loved putting PDFs of textbooks for school so I didn't have to lug then around everywhere. However within the past month the problem of "phantom touch" or "ghost touch" has popped up. Many other people have these problems, as I have found out online.
Summary: I bought this tablet and it worked great except the hdmi port did not work. After having it for 3 months I decided to send it in to get the hdmi port fixed. Big mistake. Asus service is the worst in the world. All you can do is communicate with an outsourced answering phone group. They can not call or transfer you to anybody. All they can do is keep apologizing and promise they will email someone to do something. Something never happens.
Summary: I would have loved the ASUS if the volume was louder than a whisper. When streaming,I had to choose to watch or hear because the volume was so low I had to hold the tablet to my ear or just watch and guess at what was being said. The camera was ok. I returned it to in hopes to get a replacement that volume was good especially since they have quad speakers, but the seller refunded instead.
Summary: The unit was heavy and either extremely slow to respond to the touch screen or it didn't respond at all, making it extremely frustrating. It took three or four tries to make it respond. The good points are that the tablet had vivid color and I love that it had windows and a version of office. I eventually went to the Ipad Air, but it has it's disadvantages too. Thought it is quick to respond to touch and extremely light weight.
Summary: For the price, its a great portable laptop/tablet. You cant play Wow or Star Craft or any Steam network games, but you do have Halo and other fun games. The big issue with me was xbox music. This tablet wont let you download ITunes and its really a pain in the butt trying to download everything to the cloud... Also, it glitches like crazy and apps close out of the blue and it can get very frustrating. I would give this to a student.
Too many issues to justify keeping, even for a superlow price.

Summary: This product had issues from the getgo. When it went to sleep it wouldn't wake up without a hard shutdown. 90% of the time whenever I would shutdown the computer it would turn on again within 5 minutes. When I contacted ASUS tech support about the issues I was having they informed me that these were by design. Definitely would not buy this again.
