Excerpt: mechanically this product is excellent. 32gb capacity totally inadequate for use with that extremely difficult Windows 8.1. Updates will eventually fill much of that. The added micro microSD card was the supposed answer to this, but never worked correctly for very long.
Summary: Don't buy this PoS tablet. I've had it for 4 months now and this tablet for light computing: reading PDFs, web browsing, editing text files, that sort of thing. Charging on this thing is slow, it takes almost 3 hours to charge it completely from 20%.
After a few month of ownership I say you Probably Should Avoid

Summary: Here's an update after a few months of ownership- This device has been a big disappointment after using it for a while. The case creaks and squeaks, and generally feels poorly made, the screen has issues, and battery life has been inconsistent.
Summary: Well I really did not get to use it to determine if it suited my needs however this is what I found faulty. First, you have to setup a Microsoft account whether you want one or not if you plan to get anything setup on this machine.
This would be a fantastic product for the price...if it worked.

Summary: This tablet is awesome, and comes with office, but has one fatal flaw. It can't handle power well at all. It comes with office, and performs like devices that are sometimes 500+ dollars more. It has a regular usb port when docked, and an HDMI mini output which makes it great for movies and Netflix.
Summary: Last year I bought a Toshiba laptop for one of my son's for school. It worked fine, but he complained that with all of his books, it was too heavy. After a full year at school, there was no damage. This fall l bought an Asus Transformer book for him and his brother.
Excerpt: it was working good until today and for some reason it has stopped charging so that is not a good thing at all, and because of that I gave it 2 stars instead of 4. I don't like the fact that you have to sign on with a user name & password just to get into the thing
