Summary: This is my first review so I hope it's helpful. I received this notebook for Christmas, and was very happy. As soon as I had fully charged it, I attempted to install Microsoft to do work on it. It took me almost an hour with my brother's help. I eventually got used to it, until I had to update.
Summary: Ordered for my daughter for Christmas gift. Received on time and initially it worked great. Within a couple of days it tried to do an automatic update, got partially thru update, hung up and would not do anything. We were able to get that one to restart, but did the same thing again.

Summary: The fitting on the keyboard was off. There's a rubberized material glued onto the bracket area and it wasn't put on properly so there was a flap of material that got in the way of snapping the screen onto the keyboard. This interfered with the operation of the computer.

Summary: I would love to be able to write a real review but the computer was "dead out of the box" . Would not power up or give any indication of life. I made contact with the seller and was told to contact ASUS support.
Summary: I am sending my second one back within a week of receiving a replacement. Can't understand this...great reviews. Goes without saying that I won't be getting a third one. My son is very disappointed. Both times the screen just freezes after a few days. Nothing works to correct this.
