Technical service is a disaster

  • Summary: It is difficult to review a purchase if it doesn't function when you receive it. That was the case with this ASUS VivoTab. It had the regular, fully functional Windows 8 operating system installed. It would not charge its battery nor work at all.

  • Summary: 1. Battery will not charge. Tablet icon shows it is plugged in but it says not charging. If i'm lucky it will take only about 2 days to charge. Then only 4-6 hours before it's dead again. I've tried plugging into many different outlets, no dice. The power button works intermittently.
