Summary: Had the same tablet for almost a year. No problems, bought it on a "Groupon" special. I fell in the snow, cracked the screen. New screen, $150. Bought a new tablet. Cheaper than fixing my old one. When I set it up it would not connect to the internet. Had to send it back for a replacement.
Summary: Worked ok except for the audio problem, you simply couldn't hear it. I never did try using headphones with it.
Pros: Bought it on 9/14/2013 Died 11/16/2014 after only 14 months of very light use. Sound level is terrible! I know it's a small speaker but even with the volume maxed out you can barley hear it al all. Far worse than a cell phone on speaker. All my high end computers are built using Asus products, I'...
Cons: Bought it on 9/14/2013 Died 11/16/2014 Sound level is terrible!
Summary: Bought a refurb from Newegg with some apprehension as I had noticed the attrition in their customer service. The old Newegg would have been a sure thing, the new Newegg can't be trusted with a refurb. Stay away from Newegg refurbs!
Pros: ASUS makes a decent product. Biggest design flaw is that the charger (stock wall charger or car charger) will not keep up with battery drain while plugged in and watching streaming movies. Otherwise, speed, screen, sound, durability have been great. (we have 2)
Cons: Bought as a refurb with rebate. Took this on Vacation and it broke (bad ASUS refurb dependability. black screen unresponsive) as we went to visit relatives out of state. Newegg replaced it, but didn't give any extra time to submit the rebate. Because the replacement "arrived" before the rebate wa...
It started great...Now it's stuck in start-up mode. NOT GOOD!

Summary: Given this was my first tablet purchase, I read quite a number of reviews on Amazon and on a few other sites before purchasing. It started off great. I was very impressed with tablet. Great speakers and great touch response.

Summary: I had this tablet about nine months. It worked fine at first then the screen started to flicker like an old tv set. had to slap the bottem to bring the screen back to normal. Next thing that went wrong is the micro usb charging port. so easy to damage the pins if you force the cable in.
Summary: do not buy it as refurbished! it is a real hassle to have it send back to ASUS for repair. lesson learned!
Pros: Good screen size and resolution, and video cameras.
Cons: was received broken. precisely, it doesn't connect to wifi unless you are next to the router (like touching it!). also, there are 2 white pixels at the bottom of the screen. dealing with ASUS now to have them update the warranty which is out of date thought it was bought about a month ago only. s...
Summary: I think I got a lemon. Got this as gift for my Father In Law. We were hoping that he could use it when he has to go to his Dialysis sessions. I got it on time, set it up with all of the things that I thought he would like and sent it to him.
Poor WiFi performance, the Asus Memo Pad fhd 10 inch tablet is much better.

Summary: Problem with my used tablet I bought was that it had extremely bad WIFI performance. My mobile hotspot wifi connection would not work more than 3 ft away from the tablet. The reseller probably didn't check the wifi before selling it to me.
Summary: In the four months since purchase the MeMo worked very well. It did everything I needed it to do and I was happy with the purchase. But then with no initial signs of an impending problem the touchscreen just stop working.
It did not work properly. no funciono correctamente.
