FONEPAD is super !

cmvrgr, Phone Arena

  • Excerpt: Why spending so much money for buying a big screen mobile phone when you can buy a fonepad with 240€ only. Intel Atom is super fast even for intensive applications. Some reviewers are trying to make potential buyers to feel that some models are underpowered but this is not true for fonepad. In every day use is fast as a Note 8 or nexus. GPS app is running like a charm no locks super fast if you consider that it runs on 1280 x 800 pixels.

  • Excerpt: Great as a large format moblie smart phone. Having a large screen to use while on the go, normally always waiting on others, phone allows me to browse and be productive without having to squint, then make a call or two, social connecting all on a device big enough to make it enjoyable.

  • Summary: I have big hands and wear reading glasses and this is just perfect. fits my work suit jacket pockets perfectly and doubles as a reader on journeys. Wi-Fi for work and holidays (maps and location etc) excellent. Priced to perfection - and if you're embarrassed by putting a 'big phone' to your ear stick with the comfort of herds.
  • Pros: for this price you expect competent - but it was delightful
  • Cons: non-removable battery

  • Summary: Ihave now stopped using my laptop over last 3 weeks of ownig a Fonetab. I can use it with a usb keyboard, mouse , 64gb flash drive and powered 3.5 500gb hard drive without the need ^for a powered hub. I will be getting a powered hub so I can plug in my 2.5in portable hd. I can sit out on the grass and use the internet to see if I am goinbng to be rained on using giffgaff. I can sit in bed and read a book. Hard tobe without it to be honest.
  • Pros: clear screen, 2 core processor(Odd reviewer says 1), no fuss opperating system, Giffgaff £12 UNLIMITED INTERNET, otg so can connect anything thats usb, cost £180 so not afraid to use it everywhere...
  • Cons: when I find something I will update this. Only had it a 3 weeks.
