Summary: I have had the Asus EEE PC (netbook/XP) for 3 years, and I could not have made a better purchase for $250. Asus makes a good quality product that is user friendly and works right out of the box. My law firm is upgrading to Windows 2007/Office 2010, and I decided to go ahead and get a tablet. There are not many tablets available yet that are full PCs, and I figured I couldn't go wrong with the Asus.
In spite of the horrible battery life, I would still recommend this tablet.

Summary: This tablet is absolutely great. The touchscreen is very responsive, and the display is beautiful a well. It is a slight pain to get the pen pressure working in photoshop, you'll have to hunt down some drivers online. I'm told that the drawing program that comes with the tablet works perfect with the pen pressure and the default drivers (I bought mine used with a clean install of windows so I didn't have the factory programs installed.
Summary: I submitted a review on the product a few days ago, but I notice that it has not been posted. That maybe because I did not purchase it from Amazon. I'll state right off the bat that I bought it from EBay because I couldn't afford to pay full retail price for an off-the-shelf machine. My original review was harsh. I hated the Ep121 and had a horrible experience with it.
Excerpt: I'll start off this review with what most people who are looking at this device will be interested in: the screen. Suffice to say the display is bright and crisp (though don't expect too much use in sunlight; it gives a better showing than the iPad in my experience) although it is possessed of a...
Summary: I got this tablet over a year ago to use for small work-related jobs, but the stylus or touch pad or both produce unexpected phantom clicks and I could not reliably control the device for work purposes . Because of this, I was using the tablet once every few weeks to access flash player content that I cannot access with my iPad, and also install the never-ending Windows updates. Last week, the power did not turn on and the charging light was also off.
Summary: I bought this product as a graphic artist, and intend to use it to replace my Desktop and Laptop, as well as supplement as a tablet. The full windows 7 load is great, it does more than any ipad could ever dream of. However, Windows 7 is not optimized for touch. I thought that this wouldn't be a big deal, but some targets are truly difficult to touch with a finger, and the pen/touch keyboard don't always play nice.
Summary: I'm an office person. I was debating whether or not I should get an Ipad because my old computer was was too heavy to take around. I thought "why not get an Ipad?" The Ipad is amazing for some people, but I wanted to be unique. I wanted a full computer, touch screen. One that I could use for work and school. This was the whole package. Some would say its too much, but its worth it. I didn't have to buy any extra accessories. The pen is awesome!
Summary: its kind of weird not using a mouse, on this. However i adjusting nicely. been waiting for something like this to come out for a long time now its out i am glad i waited. instead of buy one of those androids that have hardly anything as far as graphic artist is concern. it great thing i just wish the battery life was a little longer. that is my only bad thing i have to say about this. thanks asus for a wonderful and along waited product.
Summary: Me not being an expert At computer, l dont have A lot to say but this tablet was fantastic. Its a little short of what I though It would be. It lags sometimes when on the internet l am writing on the tablet now and it seems to be very responsive. The main problem l have is When l try to click the back button on the internet the writing bar pops up and gets in the way, and that is a little annoying.
Summary: I am a college engineering student and got the slate for note taking. I have aweful handwriting and the handwriting recognition can still figure out my chicken scratch. There is no delay when writing it is very accurate with the pen. Onenote is a must for note taking but. The keyboard that it comes with is very nice and great for typing at home.
