Summary: Something must have been wrong with the one I had or they all just suck. Either way, I won't be buying that brand again. It just loved to reboot especially when I was in the middle of something.
Summary: Tablet completely died. It doesn't come on nor will it charge. I never dropped or did anything harmful. I contact TIGER DIRECT and requested a replacement. I only had the tablet for 5 months. They did not respond at all. So I spend money to have a tablet completely DEAD within 5 months?????
Summary: BEWARE RESIDENTS OF HAWAII AND ALASKA! My sons bought a Transformer epad for me for Christmas. I loved it – at first. Then came the upgrade to ICS, Android 4.0.3. My tablet froze and then quit altogether. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product.
Summary: I bought the ASUS Transformer 101-32 GB last June, 2011. Didn't use it much until December. By February, the touchscreen was inop. I was in the middle of a roadtrip and no keyboard. Ended up sending it back to ASUS. Received it back today, and now it will not even startup.
Summary: I charged it for eight hours as recommended only to find the the unit would not turn on. I did some research and found discovered that this is not an uncommon problem with these things. I tried the recommended solutions but none worked. I am sending it back.
Summary: The charger went on our Asus eee pad after just 6 months. The replacement cost £30.99, and when it arrived, it would not charge the eee pad either. We returned the Asus as we thought it must be the eee pad - it couldn't be the new charger after all...
Summary: I bought the ASUS TF-101 for my daughter for Christmas. After only a few weeks, the tablet failed to power on (I have since discovered via the internet, that this may be a widespread problem). Per ASUS request, I returned the tablet along with the cord.
Summary: Purchased this for my wife for Christmas. Really like the tablet, display is great and the functionality for reading books, getting on-line to the Internet and e-mail is really good. The additional keyboard is great for e-mail also, that's what convinced me to buy this tablet.
Summary: I guess I got a lemon. Very poor build quality. Even worse customer support. I feel ASUS is skimping on quality in order to rush production. Multiple problems with my tablet within just two weeks of use. Ended up having to return it.
Summary: Finally now happy with product, firstly got it as refbrished product would not charge as they sent me 2 x chargers with it, and earphones ,sent unit back , seems to work now, although did not send any earphones back in package disappointed,
