Summary: I bought this tablet for my boyfriends' 50th birthday. He's not a computer geek by any means, after all he's 50. However, this tablet is pretty much user friendly for just about anyone. He uses this tablet like he has owned one all his life (you KNOW he hasn't). The 10.1" screen is the perfect size although he still has to wear his glasses. I think I use the tablet more than he does. I want one for myself.
Summary: this pad is bad ass I use it at work, to watch movies and shop online Ive recommended this thing to my friends also cause they work at the same place and we have a lot of down time. This fills the time.
Summary: its more than a tablet, it almost like a computer. since a received it i havent use my laptop. for the only thing i use my laptop is to play my flight simulator. this tablet i use it to do home work and it is really useful and easy to use!!!!!
Pros: Solid build feel. Screen WAS nice and vibrant. I own a Xoom and bought this as Christmas present for my son. Setting it up and running it constantly to make sure the refurb was good. I didn't want my son to be disappointed on Christmas day! The disappointment didn't happen that day but just a week later! What a shame would have been a great product if not for the.....
Cons: It worked well and charged the first week after Christmas. And yes I ran the battery down and fully recharged it before this time. The following week my son brings me the tablet saying it won't charge. I plug it in and sure enough no charging. I do a little research which I should have done before buying and I find there are tons of issues on charging. I tried everything and even wasted money on another charger. No luck! The only saving grace was the iron egg guarante...
Summary: I was fortunate to get a like-new tablet on eBay, but even if I had paid full price for a new one, it would have been worth it. So far (I've had this tablet since Christmas but don't use it every day), it works great and I have no complaints. I bought this tablet because I wanted a screen larger than 7" but also wanted one from which I could detach the keyboard.
Summary: Tablet completely died. It doesn't come on nor will it charge. I never dropped or did anything harmful. I contact TIGER DIRECT and requested a replacement. I only had the tablet for 5 months. They did not respond at all. So I spend money to have a tablet completely DEAD within 5 months????? I performed more research on the internet and found that TIGER DIRECT return policy is AWFUL.
