Summary: I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. By the second week of January, the touch screen was flaky. By the third wee, it was unusable. It was suppose to have been a "Display Unit, never handled by the public, remaining in a locked display case.
Summary: Great tablet, bright screen and a quality camera (which is very rare for a tablet) however the charger sent with the tablet wouldn't charge the device. luckily it was my second asus tablet and i had an old cable that works just fine
Summary: Granted, this part of my review probably belongs under the dock instead of under the tablet. Still, I feel it is important to tell prospective buyers of these problems here before they commit money to buying a tablet that they may also want to use a dock with.
Pros: Great screen size and resolution, color depth is excellent. Good response/speed in standard mode, good battery life in power-saving mode. Decent improvement in response/speed in "turbo" mode, but not overwhelmingly so. Videos play well. Average number of OEM-included apps.

The internal speakers have no volume at all. Even with volume boosting apps it is difficult to here. When I have a headset on, that is the o...

Summary: This tablet was awesome when I first purchased it but after only four months it started shutting down on its own and it stop rebooting. Asus is terrible when it comes to sending it back under warranty they send you through too much to have it repaired under warranty, this company sucks when it comes...
Summary: I bought THREE of these in 2012 along with keyboards, two for my two adult daughters and one for me. I never really got to use mine as it finally stopped working. First the connection with the keyboard started getting flaky then the tablet wouldn't turn on at all.
Pros: Great screen resolution and competitively priced at the time.
Cons: alleged quirkyness with freezing, and shut downs
