Yes, you can get Google Play Store on your Arnova 7 G3

Summary: I have had this tablet for over a year love it for what i use it for. At first I was disappointed that It did not have Google Play until I found a site with instructions on how to install Google Play Store. You go here and follow instructions. I use my tablet for music mostly and use Slacker Radio and Pandora. I have the Netflix app installed and it works as intended.
Summary: I got this tablet for free two months ago when I signed up for a tech certification deal. So, no, I didn't spend money on it but I was glad to have it because I could buy myself some time between now and Black Friday when I get a better quality one. I figured this would do for now. "How bad could it be?" I thought. This tablet is good for an entry level user who is not computer or tech savvy.
Summary: On the plus side I received my order quickly. That's it for the good things. The sound on this device even with ear buds is lousy. The battery has much to be desired. I managed to watch 2 just 2 movies and it was time to recharge the battery again! Arnova's service is lousy. It took them 4 days to respond to my email and by phone I could never get off of hold! If you want a cheap tablet don't go with this piece of junk!
Really pleased with this, after re-flashing the firmware to get Google Play.

Summary: This is my first Android experience. It isn't as slick as I expected. After a few days of use I am finding my way around, and this product works well enough. For this price I'm happy enough with it, but not delighted, and am considering returning it. The main drawback is that it does not have the Google Play (Android Market) application on it. Archos has their own application library which only shows applications they choose.
