Summary: Received this "Arnova" brand tablet after ordering an Archos tablet. That was the first disappointment. The product does not charge via USB - you have to use a separate charging cable (this used unit did not ship with one). Maybe that helps it charge faster than it could with USB, but non-standard :( I cannot speak to charging speed or batter life, due to lack of charging capability. Sound level is very low, likewise the sound quality.
Summary: I bought this Tablet at a local electronic outlet for $100. I also own a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7". The Arnova tablet has decent specs. considering the price. It does have what I'd consider an odd design layout, meaning:the speakers are siamese & they're located on the lower left side corner.
Summary: At first this tablet worked alright, although it is noticeably slower than any brand name tablets out there, but for $100 you can't expect too much. I dropped it about 5 feet onto my soft carpet, and then things got bad. I would be looking at the tablet, not touching it at all, and the keypad would open up and type in a bunch of random digits. I would have to restart the tablet to be able to use it again- then the screen got this giant black blob across it.
Netflix does not work on the Archos 7F G3, and the company hasn't helped anyone

Summary: Great little tablet, went in with eyes open on the Google Play issue and installed the mods. But Netflix will not work, and I've not yet been able to get Chrome--of all things-- to work on it. the Opera browser works well. But folks need to hear from them on Netflix.
Summary: I'm in my mid 50's, my desktop is 8/9 yrs old and of course non-portable and not much life left in it. I work on the road, using a smart phone to browse the web was cool at first but rather hard on the eyes. My wife has a 17" laptop, nice but big, very big. A co-worker pulled out a small tablet one day and I thought, "solution". For how I use the internet (not work related) a tablet would be perfect.
Summary: This device is absolutely horrible for after a few hours the devices screen became distorted, and messed up becoming unusable. Also, the sound quality is low, and the picture quality ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE!!!
Summary: I picked up one of these tablets at a local computer supply store in Cincinnati (I was there to get a quick part, the tablet was an impulse buy). Anyway, I got the tablet home and initially I was very disappointed when I discovered Google play (a stupid name I think) was not included with this. All of the applications I wanted to install (Gmail, kindle, etc) were not available through the market application that came on the unit.
Summary: I admit I am new to android OS so it did take me a while to get this tablet setup. First the screen froze during initial setup an had to be shut down and start back up so don't know if there was any additional Apps on the tablet but mine did not have any except for a browser, some images, a video file and flash player.
