Summary: We bought this for our boys for Christmas last year and they have used them for games and YouTube and have loved them. we have had no problems with them. We feel it was worth the money we spent.
Summary: Bought this for my seven year-old and he likes it. Some complaints: doesn't have some of the more popular apps as it uses a different app store than many other people use (I don't have a smart phone so I don't know much about this).
Summary: This company produces shoddy products that don't last. There is zero tech support. No phone numbers, nothing! You'll have a better chance of getting Windows 95 tech support from Microsoft. Do yourself a HUGE favor, save up a few extra bucks and buy an Android tablet from a REAL device maker.
Summary: I bought this tablet as a replacement for my Grandson after the tablet I had purchased in October died when I tried charging it to give to him for Christmas. The tablet was alright, but there were some things that he and I both did not like.
Summary: I bought two tablets. One is OK, is what I expected for the money I spent on it but the other came damaged. I returned it and I'm waiting for refund. I wish both were good and not to stay now for a month or more without it. Probably deserves to pay more for a known brand...
Summary: I purchased this for my son with express intent of updating to OS to Android 4.0 (from 2.3). Arctablet.com has instructions describing the process. I was successful in performing the update. I already own an older 7" model that I find easy to carry around.
