Could not get warranty work. Apps I use will not function. Beware!

Summary: I purchased this from a vendor on E-bay. Android Apps for the Arnova company website may work. In general Android apps from the Android website may not function at all. For instance Amazon E-book software does not function on this unit. In addition the company will not honor the warranty unless you have a receipt from one of their certified vendors. Finally, Screen calibration failed and could not get warrany work done.
Summary: I was a little disappointed with this article. is supposed to be better than a product of China but I think not. The sensitivity and the quality of the screen leaves much to be desired as well as performance.
Summary: Bought it as a gift mainly because of low price. Too slow,even for the money. Poor aps. Have since tried other marginally higher priced tablets and if your time is worth anything get a faster and newer operating system tablet than this.
Summary: Arnova is just right for a first IPAD - I have my Email, Kindle, Bridge Baron, Skype and trying to use GPS. Charging time is very short - but I hope to use it on a long trip to Singapore next January when I am told there is a USP port for every plane seat even in economy. I am a business appraiser and seek cost of doing business survey data covering U.K. companies - and seeking new apps in the financial analytical area.
Summary: This is the worst product i have ever had the misfortune of buying,within 2 weeks of owning it the charger pin came away so phoned aronova,told to sign up to there website and send them an email,i have sent at least a dozen emails to arcos/aronova and still no charger,I had to pay £10 for a new charger in the end,now less then a couple weeks after getting the new charger the internet connection wont stay on,this only happens on my tablet and i have a laptop as well as...

Summary: Arnova must have one of the worst customer service departments in the world! Firstly, you can't actually speak to them, which is VERY STRANGE! The UK number given is diverted to a technical support team in another country. Secondly, my wife has now been waiting for 3 WEEKS for a replacement charger! She hasn't been able to use her 10b 3g Tablet for over 2 weeks...I wouldn't be surprised if she's lost all her apps because it's been dead for so long!
