Summary: We love this thing for our family. My 2yr old and 6yr old love playing with it. I like that you can extend the memory with an SD card. I also like you can put os system in it and it now has google play! I love reading my books on it as well. Have had this for over a year and no issues.
Summary: Power plug is inherently weak. It runs well enough, touch screen is responsive. I LOVE the way it is shaped (Edges and lines) but even the slightest movement while it is plugged in to charge can loosen the DC input jack.
Summary: I understand price is a bonus, but: you can run one out of 10 Android apps on this one. Forget thee most popular games. Forget skype (doesn't work). Power and audio jacks are the same diameter - you'll be frequently charging ;) it through the headphones jack, leaving you with no battery.
Very good for keeping up on tasks and social networking.

Summary: Very great tablet for the value. Screen size is adequate and resolution is good for games and movies/videos. Processor is above decent for it's type, memory is adequate, and very touch controls are very responsive. Only downfalls are lack of Bluetooth and HDMI even though it's evidenced the tablet was designed for HDMI but the manufacture decided to remove it after design. Wifi only b/g, no support for n networks also a minor drawback but does save power.
Summary: I bought this tablet in August through a deal with our local newspaper company - subscribe to the online edition, get the tablet for $99. Well, in November, the charger broke. It is the smallest I've ever seen - the plug and my earphones fit into each other's ports. The orientation of the display doesn't always change, so for some (most) apps, the charger is at the bottom of the device, and after months of heavy use - it's a great tablet and my boyfriend was obsessed...

Summary: I pretty much refused to spend 500+ on something to read pdfs on the train commute to work. the b/w kindle was too small so I purposely looked for a 10" device. when I saw this, I figured it would do pretty much it's main task, let me use it. wrong! first of all, it only charges with a proprietary charger, usb? ha! so I have to make sure it's close by since it rarely powers off correctly.
Not worth the price; Arnova tech support never responds

Summary: My Arnova runs gingerbread and some of my key apps have moved up to honeycomb. Arnvotechsupport.com never, never responds. A few times I've been able to get through on the help line. Tablet is hard to use for other than email, games, surfing. No search for internal stuff...where is the recycle bin? How do I empty it? How to a easily find a given function (guess Windows 7 has spoiled me)?
Summary: This is a great tablet for the kids! It is slow loading up, but just as quick as other far more expensive tablets once it's 'woken' up. Touch screen is responsive and clear. Sound and video are good; kids say the game quality is just as good as on my Android phone or our iPhones & iPad. The battery life is not good; but none of my smart phones have been either. It is an Android based system and is overall great product for the price.
