  • Conclusion: A promising start on opening the box was let down by some pretty frustrating performance issues. The Archos 9 is a beautiful-looking device and feels great too, but there’s just not enough capability running through it to justify it as a rival to any other netbook or tablet PC. As a multi-media device, it is OK with decent standard definition performance, built-in Freeview  and excellent sound quality for music – but for the price, you’re probably better off waiting for...
