Love it, hope it's still this cheap when I can buy another one

Summary: Bought to replace my Zune after my music collection grew to be far more than a Zune/iPod can handle and after researching different brands/models this one was the best for the money. The default music app is nearly incompatible with so much space useable for music, it just falls on it's face with more than ~60gb of music, fixed that with a free app from Google's Play store.
Summary: A little bulky and heavy compared to the 8GB but great value and works great! The 8GB is enough for me but the kids like to take movies and music with them and the 250GB allows them to do just that.
Summary: Before I start I want to make this abundantly clear for non-tech savvy people out there due to the fact that this tablet uses an HDD for it's main storage the load times on some items may be a few seconds longer than with your traditional SSD based tablet. This has nothing to do with the tablet being out dated or bad. Now on to why I purchased it and how it performs. The Archos 70 is a sleek, slim.
Summary: How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.... This little tablet has made me a happy person. It's a good size (7-inch screen), sturdy (have dropped it several times with no damage), and it does what it's supposed to do. I have loaded it with books, apps, music, and video, and still have a huge amount of storage room left. The screen is crystal clear and reacts to touch immediately.
Summary: I like it. It is a little sluggish when it comes to some of the apps but once I got the hang of it and understood that when connected to the computer it will be a bit slow, I learned how to work it. Hard drive is a definite plus as I like to load music vids and movies, still playing around with stuff I don't quite understand, but learned how to change the animated background so that was a plus too.
Summary: This item may not be able to challenge the IPAD or other more expensive tablets, but the on board 250 GB storage is without equal. Have that much storage is what sold me on this item. I am not expecting to write novels on this devise, but i bought this device with the expectation that it will provide me with entertainment. It is an awesome video and music player that runs android very smoothly, runs android apps very well, and can surf the web without too many issues.
Summary: Who needs an Ipod when you can stuff this thing full of music, video and pics for your personal enjoyment. Much to my surprise, the hard drive accessed music and video fairly quickly. I have 143 gb of music and there is no delay for song change, nor is the hard drive spin noticable. (Only minutely). I then throw the thing in my backpack and bluetooth it to my headphones while I bike around. No problem with the jostling there. The pic access is a little slow.
Summary: I bought this thinking to replace my book readers and for an easy way to not lug a lap top around, while I travel. It works great for both purposes, unbelievably light, very responsive and less expensive than the I pad, etc. The 7 inch size is perfect for me. I had some trouble getting used to the operating system and file transfers etc but Archosfan.com had answers for everything I questioned.
