Stay away, FAR FAR AWAY (terrible customer service)

Summary: I bought this as a gift for my mom last December, its a terrible tablet and i cant believe i paid 300+ for it at the time. Its flimsy at best. The screen looks terrible NOT HD AT ALL my old sidekick 3 looked better. So after about 4 months the charging issue caused me to RMA this TURD it took them 4 MONTHS (of me calling and getting nowhere) to send another one back and now THE HEAD PHONE JACK ON THE REPLACEMENT IS FAULTY WOW and i thought Archos would be better than...
Summary: Guess I got defective unit. The screen had some faulty "pixels" or something in upper right hand corner right out of the box. Also is just did not feel as "robust" as I would have liked. I'm not a die hard Ipad fan but they just feel solid.
Summary: Has some very impressive features that impressed me but the one I purchased was not very durable. I bought one for my college son as a B'day gift and it developed a very small under screen crack in one corner after about a month. Unfortunately we bought it when there was no unit on display and could not tell from the carton picture how the thin plastic case can flex. Should have taken it back to the store rather then take a chance with it.
Summary: This tablet has awesome graphics and features. The camera is ok but the microphone is weak the WiFi is also weak and the tablet I received did not fully charge. I wouldnt recommend this tablet from my experience not if you're buying from New York sales.
Summary: I feel cheated, I did not get what I pay, the two tablets were sent to me have been disarmed brands. The second tablet of identical appearance to the first actually had another hardware. Ought to have a 1.5ghz dual core processor but it was 1.0 and had no memory 1Gb it had 510MB. This tablets is not new !!
Summary: I ordered one a little over a month a go. It will not charge .(period) Will not charge at all !! My friend bought one after mine first arrived. That one does charge, now. It had a problem displaying battery life. Somehow it just fixed it's self? Now forget trying to type on it. Anywhere on the left side of keyboard. Touch e and get"tez" or whatever it decides to put on the screen for you! So two tablets zero working !
Summary: This is the only item I have ever returned to Amazon. I received it and it took a couple of hours to get the screen to come up on the first night. It would not charge. This should have been my first clue. I finally got it running and was happy with the speed and what it had to offer. Then the next day I again had only a lit screen with no items. In 3 days I was able to use it once out of the box.
Summary: First of all let me tell you that ive had 3 Archos 10.0 G9 8GB tablets since 12/2011 and have had to return them all for the same problem except for the very first one. I cracked the screen on the very first tablet and had to pay like 120.00 to have it fixed which Archos had no problem doing.. while the product was still under warranty the battery started to over heat and thats when my problems started..
Summary: First let me say that my girlfriend and I both really like the tablet, so much so that we bought two more at Xmas time for family members - and told everyone we know how great we thought it was so no telling how many other people bought one based on our original impressions. However, within a couple of months it started getting a line matrix on half the screen, superimposed over everything.
Summary: I've had this tablet for less than a year and a a few complaints. The first being that the screen on this unit is terrible. The outer casing is a cheap plastic. The stand on the back of the tablet is a great idea but the implementation is sub par since it is easy to break and does not easily support the tablet. The customer support for this tablet is one of the worst things I've ever seen. My tablet had multiple large patches of dead pixels on the seen.
