Summary: Absolutely loved the iPad until I dropped it and shattered the glass. I take full responsibility for dropping it, but shouldn't such a delicate product, which was purchased to be used, not displayed on a shelf, be sold with a protective covering. I now have a totally useless iPad.
Summary: I am having trouble with it downloading apps. Also, I was able to do one video, now that won't work. I don't know if I need a book with instructions, or if there is a problem with the ipad. I need help.
Excerpt: While in use the iPad 3 with Retina was a great tablet. I really appreciate the screen clarity that Retina has, and the brilliance of colors. My overall dissatisfaction comes from having it just barely a year and it quit working, so I have no recourse I'm just out several hundred dollars! :( My iPad 3 just suddenly quit working and is beyond the 90 day warranty, and is just beyond the year of minimal warranty, so I'm just out the money and iPad 3.
Excerpt: Our son gave an iPad 2 to my husband for Christmas last year. It does lots of funny things. It is not that fast, maybe we are too old to know how to work it. Still not that impressed. Even the camera quit working. Will probably take it in to see if something is wrong with it. We have to wait for minutes for it to load.
