Summary: Absolutely loved the iPad until I dropped it and shattered the glass. I take full responsibility for dropping it, but shouldn't such a delicate product, which was purchased to be used, not displayed on a shelf, be sold with a protective covering. I now have a totally useless iPad.
Summary: first of all, I ordered this item and the company sent the wrong product. The IPad they originally sent was in very good condition. But I had to send that one back to get what I ordered. It was not in good condition. all four sides were dented on the ends.
