  • Summary: - Why you bought it -- I wanted an eReader - What you like most about it -- 64GB memory - What you dislike about it -- No camera/s -- Did not realise it was 1st generation - Whether or not you would buy the product again -- I certainly would not purchase again!   • Summary: was very disappointed with my purchase the item arrived in a very tatty box the charger was not an Apple charger but a universal charger. No instruction booklet. when we turned on the Apple there was no starter page ave not been able to get started although many attempts have been made. my niece for whom the purchase was made has take it to school for their I.T. team to try and get it going.

  • Summary: I received the ipad which looked new but when I tried to plug it in to my laptop for iTunes it does not go on to charge or does it connect, there are three iPhones and 1 ipad in the house, so I have tried different cables and different plugs even swapped them around they charge all the iPhones and the iPad but not this one

  • Summary: bought this ipad as i thought this would be easier for me as i have disabilities. was pleased with this on arrival and was happy with it till it suddenly would not go on. l got the phone number for apple but i have had to phone them 3 times so far to try and get this resolved. i have waited 2 weeks to receive a box to return the ipad.
