Apple iPad Keyboard Folio Round-up

TechSpot
29 November 2012
  • Excerpt: Earlier this year I had a look at a couple of iPad keyboard cases from the likes of Logitech and Belkin as part of an iPad accessory survival guide . The nature of that article was more of a round-up covering multiple product categories rather than an in-depth review on each item.

Review: Apple iPad

Wired
19 March 2012
  • Excerpt: An Apple iPad has never looked so awful. No, I’m not referring to the new iPad, the one with the ballyhooed Retina display. I’m referring to last year’s iPad 2, whose screen now looks grainy and pixelated when viewed alongside Apple’s latest tablet.
  • Pros: Breathtaking, stunning display — the best in all of mobile computing. Super-fast Verizon LTE allows hot-spot tethering. All key components have been prudently upgraded to their effective limits. Tablet hooks into the world’s best app store.
  • Cons: Aside from the Retina display, the latest iPad lacks mindblowing new features that advance the state of the tablet art.

This sequel builds on everything we loved about the iPad 2. Is it worth the upgrade? For owners of the original iPad, definitely.

Analysis of the new Apple iPad

AnandTech
5 May 2011
  • Conclusion: In many ways the new iPad was a known quantity. We knew to expect a faster SoC, a significantly higher resolution display and LTE support - Apple delivered on all fronts. The new iPad, much like another iPhone, is simply a tangibly improved version of its predecessor.
