Summary: I have other tablets and compared to the Google and I Pad this unit seems to be the best yet, the Google has battery life issues and the I Pad is just money issues as this tablet does as much and some cases more than the others so I recommend this tablet highly!
Great at the airport trying to kill time waiting for that delayed flight

Summary: Great at the airport for use when traveling especially when trying to kill time waiting for that delayed flight as most airports give you 60 minuets free these days and is light and easy enough to carry arond
Summary: Most of the reviews you find online I agree with for the kindle hdx 8.9. Very lightweight... A plus if you use an external case around the device. Very good picture resolution and color..rivaling Apples retina scan products, good wi- fi receptivity. And also that "Mayday" function is very good.
Summary: First, let me say I simply enjoy my Kindle Fire 8.9 HDX and I've owned it for about four months or so now. I think its a wonderful product. I really don't know what certain other posts are talking about when they claim you can't do things like run YouTube on the device?
Good, could be better with longer battery life and smaller keyboard buttons

Summary: I have been using my KFF for about a month now and have a few complaints, the battery life being the most irritating. Because it only lasts 5-6 hours I usually leave it charging even when using it.
Summary: This is my second Kindle Fire and I love it. Size, weight, sound is so much better than the previous version. The battery life is not quite what I expected but better than the old version. I would like to be able to get apps other than from the Kindle Store.
Summary: Love this Kindle. Bigger then my 1st Kindle Fire but not so big and bulky that it is hard to carry around. Easily fits in my large purse. Color is better then my 1st one and has more things on it. Can also take pictures and movies with it. Highly recommended.
