My favorite feature is mirrioring the Kindle to my television

Summary: My favorite feature is mirrioring the Kindle to my television. Very economical compared to my IPAD. I bought this one becase of the camera feature and comfort to take outside with me. People would watch you closely when you were outside with an IPAD when the first came out.
Won't buy another Kindle Fire in this Lifetime- Poor Service!

Summary: Fine, while it worked. After two years the volume button was stuck on max. but everything else worked fine. Made the mistake of contacting support via the Maday button. Tech rep suggested rebooting to factory defaults- assured me multiple times that doing so would NOT make anything worse.
Summary: Bought my Kindle Fire HDX August 2014, it died January 2016. Tech support was no help not of the attempts worked. The tech said it was a broken power button. They said they don't do repairs and they don't have any new ones. I could buy a refurbished one.
Broke after 2 months! Tech Support is the WORST I have ever experienced!

Summary: My HDX worked very well - for 2 months. While streaming a live football game, the audio suddenly quit. Discovered the max volume was about 25% of what it was originally. Now begins the tech support ( or lack there of) nightmare.
Summary: I loved this kindle until it was 12 months & a few days. Then it just stopped working. Called for help and there was nothing that could be done to fix it, except buy a new one. Extremely disappointed. Expensive for 1 years use.
Summary: This product self destructs right after the warranty is up. The customer service is useless. They just try to sell you a new one. They do not offer any repair services at all, and do not even offer to sell a new battery. I am extremely disappointed my $400+ investment is garbage after 14 months.
