Excerpt: I need instructions to read & follow. All I got was were to go on the internet. I've put my Kindle away because it's too confusing and will probably not use it. At my age, 76, I dislike having to look up every word of explanation online. Really disappointed. I have a book published on Kindle and haven't even bothered to read it. I'm a read step by step learner. I should have just downloaded the free Kindle app to my computer. I've wasted money I couldn't afford.
Pros: Attractive Design, Compact Design, Durable, Easy To Read, Good Screen Quality
Excerpt: I got one of these and really don't like it, thought it would have more to offer than the regular kindle but it really doesn't have much more than the regular kindle, I am very disappointed with the way this works and as for the wifi it is not that great when out somewhere. It works ok at home where I have wireless set up but outside the house and in public it really is not that great, runs very slow and really not worth the price.
Summary: I find this device too controlling, you have to use their browser, which is rubbish in comparison to chrome, with a bit of fiddling though I managed to get it on to my device, I bought it to replace my kindle touch and be able to use the internet, but the kindle touch is better for reading. If you do buy this device, DON'T BUY IT WITH SPECIAL OFFERS, as you will be bombarded with adverts, which just appear on your home screen !!
Possibly the worst customer experience with Amazon EVER

Summary: Bought this kindle as a gift for some one, unbeknown to me that when they opened it, it was RESGISTERED in my name, we I looks a bit of an idiot, looked like I'd given them my cast offs. Phoned amazon to provide feedback and was greeted with some "Can't be arsed" call centre agent in the Philippines insulted me a few times before I finally decided to give up on our 45 minute round in circles conversation, got better stuff to be doing with my saturday nights.
