The AIS SRT10IAZ is a 10.4” rugged touchscreen tablet PC designed for mobile point of sale, data entry, and monitoring. It features 3.5 G WWAN, WiFi, and Bluetooth technology, and is powered by an Intel® Atom 1.6Ghz Z530 Processor. Providing users with up to 6 hours of battery life, the touch screen display features transflective LED technology that allows users to read the panel in direct outdoor sunlight. It is designed in a chassis weighing in at 2.6lbs and features IP54 rated water/dustproof resistance, multiple 3-foot drop rated, and shock and vibration protection.

The AIS SRT10IAZ is a tablet PC designed to support users in mobile reporting, logging, and POS ordering in a variety of environments including, rain, dust, and in vehicle use. Designed completely sealed, the AIS SRT10IAZ features I/O connections with IP54 dust/waterproof rating, and is constructed in a rugged housing with rubber bumpers for shock and vibration resistant operation. It also comes with optional standard and glass-film-glass (GFG) resistive touchscreens and is compatible with optional accessories such as GPS, 3G cellular wireless, MSR (magnetic swipe reader) credit card reader, barcode scanner, shock absorbing rubber bumpers, upright stand, 2nd battery, and charging cradle. The unit also features a custom engineered hot-swappable 2nd battery which allow 24/7 continuous operation without any downtime; Windows XP Embedded Professional and XP Embedded operating systems, 3G and GPS options for mobile automation, mobile communication, and mobile terminal to industrial, commercial, and retail environments. It has an MSRP of $1699.
