Summary: I reported a problem with my Ainol Novo Fire tablet on 3rd of December 2013 before the warranty expired and finally I sent the tablet to you for its repairing. Since then I haven't had more than useless update about delays and I have been waiting for more than a month since you said you'll resend the tablet back to me. I have had to pay 30$ even the tablet was in the warranty period but the tracking number for the still not received.
Summary: I don't know if it was supposed to come rooted, but it was. It worked really good for about 3 weeks. I have a Hisense Sero 7 Pro that compares favorably with the Nexus 7. This one wasn't far behind. Being pre-rooted was a good thing since I'd already looked into rooting instructions anyway. Then one day it was acting strange. I shut it down, and that was that. The end. It turns on, gets a boot screen and keeps acting like it's loading. I tried loading other ROMs.
Summary: There has been absolutely no product support for my Ainol tablet. All links from their main website go to a non-English website, where my anti-virus software goes nuts if you try to download the file you think is the one you need. The software you download is not in English either, so you have to make sure you are not going to turn you tablet into a brick or load a virus onto your computer.
Summary: The wifi I found quite good. In general I have not lost signal in the test area that uitlizo (where my mobile for example if you lose signal) You can consider this tablet one of the Low-Cost Quad-Core HD Video playback very fluid.
