One day I love it and the next day I'm not so sure.

Summary: I have had this laptop/tablet hybrid for a few days now and I am not entirely sure if I have bought something fantastic or wasted my money. Let's look at the good first: I really like the design of the case and Bluetooth keyboard. You can easily switch between using it as a tablet or a laptop. It might seem weird at first but you soon get used to it and every item looks and feels very professionally made.
Summary: Not a fan of win8. I Guess they got rid of the product key stickers, because I failed to find one on this device. Mine came with the dock and a soft shell with the attached keyboard and a place for the tablet. Even though the dock is nice and has the built in usb hub, I usually find my self using the soft case with the attached keyboard more.
Summary: 2) Speakers at on bottom lip of tablet. This is fine when you have it in the dock or propped up on a hard surface, as the sound bounces off the surface it is sitting on. But when out of the dock and laying on your lap or in your hand, sound isn't quite as good. Front-facing speakers would have been better.
Pros: 1) Beautiful full HD (1920x1080) screen.
Cons: 1) Windows 8. I hate the Metro interface and find myself in the classic view almost 100% of the time. Learning curve is steep, and people who are used to Windows 7 or XP will most likely give up in favor of what is familiar. Had to download 3rd party "start menu" app just for easy access to control panel and many other features. Customization of the Metro scroll bar is difficult and not as intuitive as you may think.
Summary: A poor tablet. Clunky to close up in its plastic case. Portable keyboard already has three keys that don't work. Cheap stand as well for the docking station. Not many USB slots. Will not buy another!!!!
Summary: I bought this machine because it has serious horsepower (i5-3337U) and can be used when seated in cramped economy class on a trans-continental flight. I decided against the traditional laptop form factor after witnessing a guy across the aisle nearly have his 13" Macbook Air crushed by a suddenly and forcefully reclining seat in front of him. The intended use is software development "on the go". It is worth noting that this is my second Acer machine.
Summary: An awesome hybrid table. This version specifically has the case included, which serves as a case for the tablet and keyboard. Oh, and it comes with the stand too. The keyboard is nice, pretty responsive, I have read other revoews saying that its bad, buy mayber is for the other versions of the tablet.
Summary: Here are the following problems that I have to deal with on a daily basis due to windows 8. Bluetooth power options are not there. I've tried all the power settings, services.msc, wifi max performance, and the keyboard and Bluetooth mouse still disconnect after 2-3 mins of not using them. very frustrating!!! I have to power off and on the tablet which means I lose any virtual desktop I am connected to. the keyboard on its own is crappy and feels very cheap.
